02 How to buy

This site is the catalogue of our products and services; nothing is bought online. Buy in the shop, or message us on WhatsApp or call us about the product you are interested in.

An order is valid once we confirm it.

03 Prices and payment

The shop confirms the price before a purchase or order. The payment method is confirmed when you order.

04 Products and photos

The photos on the site are of our own products. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

05 Custom albums, frames and prints

We make them from the photos you send us. Before we start, we agree together what we will make and the price. You collect the order in the shop; albums and frames within 48 hours.

By sending us photos, you confirm you have the right to use them for this order.

06 Guarantee and complaints

Products are sold with the guarantee set by the consumer-protection legislation in force and, where there is one, the manufacturer’s guarantee.

If you have a problem with a product or an order, come to the shop with proof of purchase or contact us on 068 603 0700. We handle it as the law provides.

07 Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. We try to settle disagreements by mutual understanding; otherwise they are heard by the competent courts in Albania.

08 Changes

These terms may change; every purchase is governed by the terms published on its date.
