How Snappy Photos handles your personal data when you visit this site, message us or bring us your photos.

  1. 01 Who we are

    Snappy Photos (Digital Nikshiqi – te Sahati, 4001 Shkodër, Albania) is the controller of the personal data this policy describes. Contact us in the shop or on 068 603 0700 (phone and WhatsApp).

  2. 02 What this site does not collect

    The site has no accounts, forms or online payment. It uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and it stores nothing on your device.

    To choose how much animation to show, the site reads a few of your device’s settings inside your browser, for example whether you asked for reduced motion. These are not sent anywhere.

  3. 03 Technical server data

    Like any website, the server that delivers this site may automatically record technical data about a visit, such as the IP address, browser type and time. It is used only to run the site and keep it secure.

  4. 04 When you message or call us

    The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

    We use the name, phone number, messages and photos you send us only to reply and to carry out your order.

  5. 05 Photos for albums, frames and prints

    We use the photos you send or bring us only for the work you order. We do not publish them or give them to third parties without your consent, and we keep them only as long as the order needs, or as the law requires.

    If other people appear in the photos, send them only when you have the right to.

  6. 06 Legal basis

    We handle data under Law No. 124/2024 “On the protection of personal data”:

    • to carry out the order or service you ask for;
    • to meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting;
    • for technical server data, the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure.

  7. 07 Who it is shared with

    We do not sell your data. Only the providers we need in order to work, such as WhatsApp and the site’s server provider, or public authorities where the law requires it, may see it.

  8. 08 Your rights

    You have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its handling, and to withdraw consent at any time. For any request, contact us in the shop or on 068 603 0700.

    You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (www.idp.al).
